Max and Sam - 4-5 weeks oldThis week saw my boys turn one year old! Of course, I wasn't able to bring them home with me until they were 12 weeks old and they were 5 weeks old before I met them for the first time. Back then they were tiny balls of fluff that could sit in the palm of my hand!
Sam and Max - One year oldOne year on and my boys have become big kitties! They have grown up so much and have become giant balls of fluff instead. Especially, Max who has become a big soft pudding of a cat with a mischievous streak a mile wide. He is also very stubborn at times but is a very loving soul too who loves his belly being rubbed.
MaxSam, on the other hand was quite a handful as a kitten. He was always the more timid of the two and could be quite naughty but has grown into a sweet boy. He is always the one who meets me by the door and will come running when he is called. He is also the brighter of the two and has leant quite a few tricks. His latest trick is to give me a high five when asked. He gets up on his back paws and smacks my open pal with his little paw. No, really he does!

SamThey had recently been bought a new activity centre / scratching post and so they just had some treats and small toy mice on their birthday. The treats went down very well, with much licking of chops and the mice, well they were promptly lost under the sofa. All six of them. Happy birthday boys!

the lost mice made me laugh
I dole out the mice one or two at a time and they're all gone in the blink of an eye
Isadora just walks away but Siren will try to move furniture to get to them
My ragdoll Willow takes those small mice and dips (er.. dunks) them in the water fountain, then fishes them out with her dainty (right..nothing about her is dainty) paw. She then puts the wet mice in the food bowl where they make a gigantic mess.
Your fellows are soooooo handsome. Do you ever feel like they know something you don't and are hiding something mischievous that they have done?

How time flies!You two cats are absolutely beautiful.It's such a joy to see a cat grow...my cat had three kittens last Friday...lots of fun days to come !

Hope your gorgeous boys had a happy BD. They are beautiful! I'm sure they do lots of running & playing in the house. (Ours sound like a herd of elephants running overhead when they get going.)

Ragdoll cats are born cream coloured and darker as they grown into adults. I love it when cats get talkative too and mine are very chatty. In fact Sammy in particular will often tell m off when he doesn't approve of something! LoL!
