Bring on the trumpets! Apparently.

Thanks to all those who stopped by and left well wishes. I can honestly say I haven't felt so awfully ill in a long looooong time. I am much improved though still far from well, weak as a kitten and still having difficulty breathing properly and that darned cough is still here. I've been coughing for over a month now and the novelty has worn off somewhat shall we say. Enough for me to go back to the doctors next week if needs be despite really hating going anywhere near anything medical. And this time I will refuse to see Dr. Deaf if they give me an appointment with him.

Anyway, I am still working on a post from my trip to Edinburgh (there will be a couple eventually, I promise), but in the meantime I thought I would leave you with this little video. It's an advert for some very tasty natural sweeties that have recently been launched in the UK. It just tickled me is all. The humour is right off the wall and right up my alley :)

made me smile and that's not so easy today!

3 nights of no sleep and constant discomfort

Dr has not returned any of my calls, they keep telling me to go to the ER. I don't need the ER.

Apparently Dr. Deaf has peers here as well.

We both should go on a party cruise as soon as we're better :)

It's good to know that you are on the mend. I smiled at the ad!

LOL, LOL...I laughed out loud when the guy laughs on the Ad....It is really one of the silliest--YET Memorable Adverts I've seen. I like when you have no idea where something is going....!

Glad to read you are somewhat better, my dear....I hope you can get to a different doctor and one that actually "listens" with his head and his intuition and his heart!

I have the feeling that people in Britain will be using that phrase indiscriminately for the next few months.

I'm glad you're feeling better, if not completely fit.

Cheers.

I do hope you feel better this week. My nose has just got all stuffy in the past hour and I'm hoping it goes away as quickly as it came on!

Noooo - not the new jelly sweets!! :-)

I do hope you're feeling better, hon - it's rotten when you're ill for a long time.

I'm onto the cold compresses until after the final event of the season next weekend, then it's off to the doctor I go with my knee....mind you, I'd look silly going without it!

Oodles of gentle hugs,

cq
